Good morning sir/ma’am, My name is Saddam Husain. I completed my 10+2 from the U.P. Board, and after that, I pursued an Airline Ticketing course where I received practical training in Amadeus and Sabre. During my training, I developed strong hands-on experience in PNR creation, fare quotation, ticket issuance, reissue, refunds, group bookings, checking fare rules, and handling schedule changes. I have 10 months of experience as a Ticketing Executive at ABCTravels. In this role, I handled both domestic and international bookings, assisted customers with cancellations and reissuance, managed refunds, and ensured accurate ticketing to avoid ADMs. This experience helped me improve my attention to detail and customer-handling skills. I come from a service-class family where discipline and hard work are strongly valued. My family has always supported my career goals and encouraged me to grow professionally. I consider myself sincere, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
