My name is Saddam Husain. I have completed my 10+2 from the U.P. Board and recently completed my Airline Ticketing course with practical training in Amadeus and Sabre. During my course, I gained hands-on knowledge in PNR creation, fare quotation, ticket issuance, reissue, refunds, and checking fare rules.
As a fresher, I am eager to start my career in the airline and travel industry where I can apply my GDS knowledge and continue learning in a professional environment.
Coming to my family background, I belong to a service-class family. My family has always encouraged me to work hard and build a stable career.
My strengths are that I am quick to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers. I can work well under pressure and always try to maintain accuracy in my work.
Talking about my weakness, I sometimes focus too much on perfection, but I am learning to manage my time efficiently while maintaining quality.
My hobbies include learning about new destinations, exploring airline systems, and improving my communication skills.
